In response to the repeated mistakes of virgin employees, the president creates a new department within the company called the “First Time Department” in an attempt to restore the company’s performance by helping the no-good employees who make so many mistakes lose their virginity. A married office worker (Tomomi) who ends up working there is initially confused by the unfamiliar work, but begins to feel pleasure and excitement from having sex with virgin employees. Tomomi shows her talent in this task of taking virgins’ virginities and comes to believe that it is her calling.
